Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed, the shipping time is 7-15 days depending on your location and shipping conditions. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website or on our tracking page.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellation requests. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Arnol.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
